Before the decks. Before the pipeline. Before any of it — the first words ever spoken at human plus were these:

“Can you hear me? I can’t hear you…”

“I was on the mute.”

“There you go.”

…and you were off.

WRAPPED — The Story So Far

The whole thing, in the words that made it. 5 May → 23 July 2026.

Made for Sean, Rich & Ric.

Day one

It’s hard to know where to start.

“Today, officially, is our first human plus day. It’s hard to know where to start, to be honest.” Sean · 5 May

No case studies. No reputation. A waitlist that was “just the Google Sheet.” A messy mind map. And the three of you.

🤘

Sean · what we lean on you for

You see the whole board — and make everyone feel their part matters.

“My god, this is so cool. I know this is simple, but this is so cool. This is awesome.” Sean, watching it work · 21 May

Direction-setter. Chief hype-man. The one who said “we’ve brought ourselves together to build something great.”

Sean, in his own words

so excited

said 15× — his most-reached-for setting. runner-up vocabulary:

sweetthat’s goldslllllick that slaps🤘nice, nice, nice

Lights up over strategy & design — “very claude” is the ultimate insult. Also on record: “I drove. I drove. I drove.” and calls you Snee.

The three of you · 5 May

Day one, and you were already dreaming.

“All of our personal assistants will be chatting with each other…”Rich

“…they’ll join the call whilst we’re in bed.”Sean

Also that day: Rich entered his “agentic engineering era” and bought a third monitor — and everyone demanded a desk-setup video.

🧡

Rich · what we lean on you for

You put the words to what we’re building — and never keep the credit.

“None of this is really my ‘well done’… but we’re getting there to something that’s been delivered.” Rich, deflecting praise · 22 July

The team’s wordsmith and enablement mind. Also: “thank you for sitting there patiently as my brain rumbles on stuff.”

Rich, in his own words

“Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.”

the world’s most supportive backchannel — 120× and counting. elsewhere:

Legendshave a crack at itno messing about BLOOD IN THE WATERkeep safe, mate🧡

“CEO of my coding agents.” Former ice-hockey coach; sings in a choir — “why isn’t more of life like this?”

The three of you · 6 July

You started a band, basically.

A shared mixtape of AI focus tracks you made yourselves — Soft Circuit Drift, Wood and Voltage, Felt Horizon — on loop.

“You’ve all got a future in music. Without a doubt.” — “He’s hallucinating for focus.” the catch-up that became a listening party

👌🏾

Ric · what we lean on you for

You do the heavy lifting so the rest of us just have to show up.

“I’ll do a lot of the heavy lifting for you… there’s no ‘you have to use that post.’ It’s just there. So if you want to, you can.” Ric · 29 June

Generosity, grace, and a quiet hype-man streak: “lean into what makes you you.”

Ric, in his own words

“Right.
Right.”

rapid-fire agreement, delivered warmly. plus the full kit:

all good, manto the moonAmmmped exciting times!perfect👌🏾

Lights up over his fair-pay, anti-Spotify music project — “it has legs, even if it just helps a couple of people.” Proud dad; a “kid in a sweet shop… no, TOYSRUS.”

Somewhere in the middle

You stopped doing everything, and cracked the one thing.

“I genuinely feel like we’ve cracked the model that’s going to really work commercially.” Sean · 15 June

Scattered became focused: a low-barrier MVP, then a retainer. One business, six brands, one contract. And the first inbound lead landed — “more of that. More of that.”

You called it

“I really do believe it’s that video, that conversation — that’s the pipeline. That’s where it’s going to make a difference.” Ric · 29 June

Two weeks later…

“Video did really well last week. So we’ve got more now planned in.” ✓ Called it · 13 July

Chapter two starts now

The best bit is still unwritten.

Whatever comes next, you’ll build it the way you built this — together, out loud, and just a little obsessed.

For Sean, Rich & Ric

Eleven weeks. One Google Sheet to a real company.

Thank you for building it — and for being the kind of people who make each other feel seen.
